William R. Timmons, Sr. formed Central Realty Corporation (CRC) in 1926, Followed with adding insurance agency service in 1939. The second generation of the Timmons continued real estate investment as well as forming several partnerships which are also heavily invested in real estate. The third generation focused on a continued commitment to simplify the planning, investing and decision-making processes, the Board consolidated all real estate assets into a single ownership entity, Central Realty Holdings, LLC, in October, 2012 with the primary goal of expanding its equity, joint venture and commercial property development in the Carolinas (including Greenville, SC properties) and Georgia.
